Nebras Power Jordan maintains an effective Code of Conduct that clearly outlines leadership’s expectations for behavior across the organization, specifically in the areas of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, professional behavior, and professional competence.

 The Code also plays an important role in fostering a respectful and comfortable working environment for all employees.

Employees are expected to demonstrate the highest standards of fairness, honesty, objectivity, and diligence, and to maintain exemplary ethical behavior in the execution of their responsibilities.

Participation in any illegal, unethical, or improper activities is strictly prohibited.

Any violations of the Code will be reviewed by Nebras’s Disciplinary Committee, which is responsible for determining the appropriate disciplinary actions.
